This studio of 25 m² with mountain corner is located facing the Figaro ski lift, which allows direct access to the cable car, and only 350 metres from shops. Situated on the 2nd floor of a residence without lift, it has a southeast-facing balcony offering a nice view of the village.

The sleeping area consists of a closed entrance fitted with two bunk beds (the upper sleeping area is not suitable for children under 6 years old) and a living room equipped with a two-seater sofa bed. The bathroom and toilet are combined.

The kitchenette is functional and well-equipped with a combined microwave oven, four electric hot plates, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. A flat-screen television is also available. A ski locker is available, as well as an outdoor parking space reserved for the residence, with secure access by fob (unallocated spaces). The accommodation is non-smoking, pets are not allowed. Heating and hot water are electric and individual.
