Studio of 25 m² located on the 2nd floor without a lift of the residence Fleuralpes, 320 metres from the main gondola and the ski school meeting points, and 350 metres from the village centre. It does not have a balcony and is north-west facing.

The sleeping area consists of a mountain corner with two bunk beds (the upper bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old) and a living room with a convertible sofa bed for two persons.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. The kitchen includes a combined oven/microwave, a refrigerator, and electric hot plates.

Facilities include a flat screen, a ski locker no. 207, as well as individual electric heating and hot water. The accommodation is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

This accommodation is not accessible for persons with disabilities.
