General description of the residence
PLAGNE 1800 – RESIDENCE EPERVIERE. Bright 2-room apartment, in very good condition and well-equipped, featuring a south-west facing balcony with views over the slopes and mountains. The residence is part of a complex of 7 chalet-style buildings and is located in the heart of Plagne 1800.
THE AREA:
Family-friendly resort, ideal for relaxation and rejuvenation, nestled in the heart of the forest. Shopping facilities are nearby. The connection to Plagne Centre is provided by free shuttles from 8am to 11:30pm.
DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT:
35m² apartment for 6 people, situated on the 4th floor of the residence without a lift.
- A living room comprising a convertible sofa (140*190) and a television
- A sleeping corner at the back of the living room with a sofa bed (80*190)
- A kitchen and dining area open to the living room, featuring all the necessary equipment for your stay: refrigerator/freezer, 4-hob cooker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster
- A bedroom equipped with three single beds (80*190), with plenty of cupboards
- A bathroom with a bathtub and separate WC
Included services:
A covered parking space in the Plagne 1800 parking is included.
ACCESS TO THE WELLNESS AREA of Plagne Lauzes: heated outdoor swimming pool, sauna, squash. Subject to the actual opening of the pool. The agency cannot be held responsible for its closure.
