General description of the residence
Situated at the foot of the cable car and just 500 metres from the shopping facilities, this 25 m² studio welcomes you on the 1st floor of a residence with a lift (please note: 7 steps to climb without a lift). It features a north-west facing balcony, offering an unobstructed view of the village and the parking area.
The living area is equipped with a “Rapido” sofa bed for two people, while the entrance, separated by a curtain, offers two bunk beds (the upper sleeping area is not suitable for children under 6 years old). The bathroom is separate from the toilet. The kitchenette is fully equipped: oven, microwave, 4 electric hobs, dishwasher, and refrigerator.
For your comfort, a flat-screen TV and a DVD player are provided. The accommodation is non-smoking and benefits from individual heating and hot water. You have access to a private outdoor parking space (n°7) as well as a ski locker.
In addition, many services are available for booking: end-of-stay cleaning, linen rental, baby equipment. And for your winter holidays, enjoy discounts of up to -35% on ski passes and equipment hire. Bed linen is included for all bookings between December and April (excluding short stays). Pets are welcome with an extra charge per animal per week.
