General description of the residence
Mountain corner studio – Val Renand Residence – 4 sleeping arrangements
25 m² studio fully renovated, located on the 2nd floor with lift of the Val Renand residence, 850 metres from the slopes and 200 metres from shops. It has a south-facing balcony.
The living room is equipped with a sofa bed for two people. An open mountain corner in the entrance includes two bunk beds (the upper sleeping area is not suitable for children under 6 years old).
The bathroom is separate from the WC. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, two electric hobs and a refrigerator.
Facilities include a flat screen TV, a garage, a ski locker, as well as individual electric heating and hot water. The accommodation is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
Additionally, many services are available for booking: end-of-stay cleaning, linen rental, baby equipment. In winter, benefit from discounts of up to -35% on ski passes and equipment rental (depending on the period and by booking in advance of the stay). Bed linen is included for all bookings between December and April (excluding short stays).
