About Apartment Lauberhaus
Old, rustic, simple 2-family house "Lauberhaus", 2 storeys. In the district of Oberdorf 800 m from the centre of Zermatt, in a quiet position, south facing position. In the house: central heating system. Supermarket 650 m, restaurant 200 m, bar 250 m, bakery 400 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Matterhorn Glacier Paradise" 450 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 800 m. Mountain railway, ski rental 500 m, ski bus stop, ski school, children's ski school 450 m. Please note: no lift. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt.

Your travel documents containing all the practical information necessary for your stay (arrival time, late arrival conditions, address for key collection, etc.) will be sent to you by e-mail before your departure.
THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED ON ARRIVAL.
Arrival time: between 4pm and 7pm.
In case of arrival outside these hours, please inform the key holder.
Office closed on Sundays. For arrivals on Sundays, please contact the office a few days before your arrival to make arrangements.
The keys will be available in the key box outside the office.
The code will be stipulated on the travel document sent one month before the day of your arrival by email.
Departure time: before 10am.
To be paid on site the day of your arrival:
Breakage deposit by credit card Visa / Mastercard : 300,0 CHF Payable in resort fixed price.
