La Résidence Grand Tétras (formerly the NEMEA group residence) offers a lush and tree-filled setting with large gardens on the edge of the forest. Located 400 metres from the village centre, it is a 10-minute walk along the Giffre with direct access to lovely walking paths, cycling routes, and snowshoe trails in Samoëns in the Vallons area.
Grand Tétras features a games room with a lounge, library, table tennis, billiards, foosball, free wifi at reception, a bike storage (subject to availability), and also offers a pay-per-use communal laundry.
Each apartment in this residence has free and unlimited access to the indoor pool, outdoor pool (in summer), and a gym with 4 fitness bikes.
They also come with a private ski locker, a private underground parking space, and for larger vehicles, there is the possibility of parking outside.
