General description of the residence
Located at the foot of the slopes and just 350 metres from the centre of the village of Carroz, this high-end 50 m² apartment offers optimal comfort in a privileged setting. On the ground floor, it has a bright living room opening onto a private terrace, ideal for enjoying the outdoors in any season.
The apartment includes two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two bunk beds. The shower room is complemented by a toilet.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with induction hobs, an oven, a fridge and a dishwasher. In terms of amenities, the apartment has a flat-screen TV, wifi access, a washing machine, a ski locker with boot warmer and a covered parking space. Heating is provided by an underfloor system.
The accommodation is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
Additionally, several services are offered for booking: end-of-stay cleaning, rental of sheets and towels, baby equipment, as well as attractive discounts of up to -35% on ski passes and equipment rental. Sheets are included for all bookings between December and April, excluding short stays.
