THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:

Situated on the heights of Arc 1800, in Chantel, just a few minutes' walk from Edenarc and its services: Spa Nama Springs, gourmet grocery store, ski rental shop, restaurant le Voga Goga and the departure point of the Dahu gondola which connects Edenarc to the snow front and the centre of Arc 1800 in less than 3 minutes.
A free inter-resort bus shuttle stop is located 150m from the residence, in front of Iseran residence, to access the resort centre and its shopping facilities.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:

Located on the ground floor at the front of building A "Les Airs", with lift access and private parking.
- Open plan kitchen to the living room with a dining table for 6: oven, microwave, induction hobs, extractor fan, dishwasher, coffee machine, fondue and raclette device.
- Living room with access to the terrace, featuring a 3-seat convertible sofa (sleeps 1. 90x190), 2 armchairs, coffee table, TV.
- Terrace with garden seating area and dining table.
- Entrance hall with storage.
- Master bedroom with a double bed (sleeps 2. 160x190), ensuite shower room/WC with access to the terrace.
- Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds (sleeps 2. 90x190) + 1 single bed (sleeps 1. 90x190) on a mezzanine with access to the terrace.
- Independent shower room/WC.

The rental price includes: made beds and towels provided in the apartment (2 towels per person per stay), 1 kitchen towel, 1 cleaning kit (sponge, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, rubbish bags, cloth), welcome products, charges (water, electricity, heating), end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen area and dishes) and 1 GARAGE SPACE (max height 2.10m). TV. WIFI.
