2-room apartment with a closed mountain nook, located in the Les Lothiers residence, 300 metres from the slopes and at the foot of shops. With an area of 36 m², it is on the second floor without a lift and has a south-east facing balcony offering a view of the village.

The accommodation can accommodate up to 5 people. It includes a living room equipped with a sofa bed for two people, a bedroom with a double bed, and a closed mountain nook with bunk beds (the upper sleeping area is not suitable for children under 6 years old). The bathroom is equipped with a bath and the WC is separate.

The kitchen is fitted with a combined microwave oven, a dishwasher, three induction hobs and a refrigerator. The apartment is also equipped with a television and a washing machine. A cellar is available. Heating and hot water are communal.

Additional services are offered for booking: end-of-stay cleaning, bed and bath linen rental, baby equipment. Bed linen is included for all bookings between December and April, excluding short stays. Discounts of up to 35% are offered on ski passes and equipment rental (depending on the period).
