General description of the residence

Located 750 m from the slopes and at the foot of shops, this 55 m² apartment benefits from an ideal location to fully enjoy a stay in the mountains with family or friends. Situated on the 1st floor of Entrance A, without lift, it has a south-facing balcony offering a nice view of the village.
The accommodation can host up to 6 people. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom separated from the living room by a removable partition equipped with two bunk beds (the upper bunk is not recommended for children under 6 years old), as well as a living room with a sofa bed for two people.
In terms of sanitation, you have a bathroom with a bathtub and separate WC.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a microwave, three gas burners, a dishwasher and a fridge with freezer compartment, allowing you to prepare your meals easily.
For your comfort, the apartment has a flat screen and a washing machine. A cellar is also at your disposal, as well as a garage in the neighbouring residence "Mont-Blanc". Heating and hot water are collective.
Several services are offered for reservation: end-of-stay cleaning, towel rental, bed linen rental (bed linen is included for all bookings from December to April excluding short stays), rental of mini-Internet box, and baby equipment. Also enjoy attractive discounts of up to -35% on ski passes (depending on the period) and equipment rental.
The apartment is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
