- In winter, holidaymakers will appreciate the proximity of the ski bus stop, located 50 metres from the residence. This free shuttle allows easy access to the Morillon gondola, the access point to the vast ski area of the Grand Massif, which includes Morillon, Samoëns, Flaine, Les Carroz and Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval.
- In summer, the residence is about 500 metres from the leisure base of Lac Bleu, a popular site for outdoor activities. Both young and old will find their happiness with numerous activities: swimming in the lake, tree climbing, pony rides, inflatable games, trampoline, mountain biking, and other outdoor leisure activities.
