This 24 m² studio located on the ground floor of the residence Le Nantey benefits from a prime location at the foot of the main gondola and the meeting points of the ski schools, just 550 metres from the centre of the village. It features a west-facing balcony with a view of the village.

The layout includes a living room equipped with a sofa bed for two, and a mountain corner with two bunk beds (the upper bunk is not suitable for children under six). The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub, and the toilet is separate. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, two electric hobs, and a refrigerator. In terms of amenities, the accommodation has a television and a ski locker. Heating is communal and provided via underfloor heating, and hot water is supplied by an individual electric system.
