We provide you with a team of professionals responsible for the key handover during your stay. It is imperative to contact them using the details on your voucher to arrange these procedures before your arrival and departure.

Your travel documents containing all necessary practical information for your stay (arrival time, late arrival conditions, key collection address...) will be sent to you by email before your departure.
THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED UPON YOUR ARRIVAL.
Arrival time: between 4pm and 7pm.
In case of arrival outside of these times, please inform the key holder.
Office closed on Sundays. For Sunday arrivals, please contact the office a few days prior to arrival to define the arrival procedures.
Keys will be available in the designated box outside the key holding office.
The code will be specified in the travel document sent one month before the day of your arrival by email.
Departure time: before 10am.

To be settled on-site, on the day of your arrival:
Mandatory services to be paid to the agency:
- Tourist tax
- Security deposit

If arriving outside of office hours, contact the agency in advance for the payment of the security deposit and to arrange the key handover: Key box.

Optional services to be reserved with the agency (subject to availability / prices mentioned in the announcement):
- End of stay cleaning (if not included)
- Rental of household linen, bed linen, towels (if not included)
- Rental of nursery equipment subject to availability
- WiFi box (if not included)

Pets are allowed without additional charge (if permitted in the accommodation, see description).
