Situated in the heart of the Carroz resort, just 500 metres from the lifts, this 55 m² apartment is located on the 1st floor of a residence without a lift. It features a west-facing balcony, ideal for enjoying the sun at the end of the day. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a second bedroom equipped with a convertible sofa (140 cm), as well as a mountain corner separated by a curtain, furnished with two bunk beds (reserved for children – the top bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years of age). The living room also offers a two-person sofa bed. The shower room is separate from the toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a combined microwave oven, hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, and washing machine. In terms of multimedia, a flat-screen television is provided. A garage is included, also serving as a ski locker. Heating and hot water are communal.
