Located in the heart of Les Carroz, just 500 metres from the ski lifts, this 55 sqm apartment is situated on the first floor of a residence without a lift. It features a west-facing balcony, ideal for enjoying the afternoon sun. The sleeping arrangements include one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a second bedroom with a sofa bed (140 cm), and a mountain alcove separated by a curtain with bunk beds (intended for children – top bunk not suitable for children under 6). The living room also offers a double sofa bed. There is a shower room, and the toilet is separate.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave-oven combo, cooking hobs, refrigerator, dishwasher, and washing machine. For entertainment, a flat-screen TV is provided. A garage is included and also serves as a ski locker. Heating and hot water are provided collectively.
