appartement sale. le ménage n'avait pas été fait la vaisselle rangée était sale. Le frigidaire pas nettoyé. Cheveux et autres poils dans la baignoire, les toilettes idem. Pas génial d'arriver avec des enfants et d'avoir tout à nettoyer. l'agence n'a fait aucun effort de ce côté, ni d'envoi de personne pour le ménage ni de remise sur le séjour. on a même payer les draps à l'arrivée, car non inclus dans le prix.
