General description of the residence
Location: The Grand Tétras Residence (formerly the NEMEA group residence) offers a green and wooded setting with large gardens on the edge of the forest. Located 400 metres from the village centre, a 10-minute walk along the Giffre with direct access to beautiful walking, cycling trails, and snowshoe circuits in the Samoëns area of the Vallons.
The Grand Tétras has a games room with lounge, library, table tennis, billiards, table football, free wifi at reception, a bike storage room (subject to available space), and also offers a paid communal laundry.
Each apartment in this residence has free and unlimited access to the indoor pool, outdoor pool (in summer), and a gym with 4 fitness bikes.
They also have a private ski locker, a private underground parking space, and for larger vehicles, the possibility to park outside.

The apartment is easily accessible by car or bus in 1 hour from Geneva airport, in
2 hours 30 from Lyon, and in 2 hours by train + bus from Geneva.
In winter: free buses 3 minutes from the apartment (Les Beules stop) serving the Grand Massif Express and Vercland (ski) cable cars, the Nordic areas of Joux Plane and Sixt Fer à Cheval, as well as the village centre.
In summer: buses serving the Samoëns valley, Sixt Cirque du Fer à Cheval.
Private apartment: Comfortable and pleasant, this 52m² accommodation features a fully equipped kitchen. On site, enjoy a communal pool. Additional services such as linen rental are available at an extra cost.
