La Résidence Grand Tétras (formerly residence of the NEMEA group) offers a green and tree-lined setting with large gardens on the edge of the forest. Located 400 metres from the village centre, a 10-minute walk along the Giffre with direct access to beautiful hiking trails, cycling paths and snowshoe routes in Samoëns in the Vallons area.
The Grand Tétras has a games room with lounge, library, table tennis, billiards, table football, WiFi accessible throughout the residence, a bike storage room (subject to available space) and also offers a pay-per-use communal laundry.
Each apartment in this residence has free and unlimited access to the indoor pool, outdoor pool (in summer) and a gym with 4 fitness bikes.
They also have a private ski locker, a private underground parking space and for larger vehicles, the possibility to park outside.
