It offers a capacity of 9 beds. This property features a lovely living area with a large bay window opening onto a balcony with no overlooking properties, providing you with a stunning view of the Muzelle.
It consists of a kitchen, a living room, and on the upper floor, 3 bedrooms in addition to a master suite equipped with a bathroom with toilet and its own balcony, a second bathroom, and two separate toilets. Private covered parking space. Ski locker. Free bus shuttle at the foot of the residence.
Bed linen and towels not provided, and available at an extra charge.
Tourist tax and credit card deposit to be collected on site upon arrival.
Please note: mandatory cleaning fee: from €50 to €150 (depending on the type of accommodation).

À notre arrivée, Nous avons dû régler 120 € pour le ménage. Malheureusement lorsque nous avons pris possession de l'appartement. Celui ci était sale, baignoires crasseuses, tables grasses. Nous l'avons signalé à l'agence boost your immo qui nous a demandé des photos mais qui n'a rien fait en retour. Cette agence se contente de vous remettre les clés et empocher 120 €pour un ménage pas fait.

Vaisselle à renouveler (surtout les verres qui sont des verres publicitaires moutarde nutella)... Appareil à raclette manquant (l'agence nous en a prêté un pour un soir). Vous demandez aux locataires un dépôt de garantie d'une somme importante, mais nous n'avons aucune garantie du propriétaire que tout l'équipement est complet. La garantie devrait être dans les deux sens à mon avis.
