Located in the Sun Valley residence, this functional apartment of 26 m² benefits from a convenient location opposite the Figaro ski tow, allowing quick access to the main cable car, and only 550 metres from shops, in immediate proximity to the village centre. Ideal for a mountain stay, it can accommodate up to 5 people.

The apartment is located at the entrance level (corresponding to the 1st floor on the facade side, without a lift). It has two balconies facing West and North, offering good brightness and an unobstructed view. The sleeping area includes a bedroom equipped with two bunk beds and a pull-out bed, allowing for three people, as well as a living room with a convertible sofa for two additional sleeping spaces. A bathroom and separate WC complete the sanitary facilities.

The equipped kitchenette includes a combined microwave, two ceramic hobs and a refrigerator. In terms of amenities, the apartment has a flat screen, as well as a Wi-Fi router (payable access). A ski locker and a closed garage are also at your disposal. The accommodation is non-smoking and benefits from individual electric heating and hot water production.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
