General description of the residence
Apartment 2 Rooms + Mezzanine – Sun Valley Residence
Located 550 m from the village centre and opposite the Figaro ski lift that leads to the main gondola, this 33 m² apartment, located on the 1st floor, has a balcony facing East.
The apartment can accommodate 4 to 6 people, with a sofa bed convertible in the living room for 2 people, a double bed (140 cm) in the bedroom, and a mezzanine with 2 single beds (90 cm), accessible by a ladder (the bedding in the mezzanine is not suitable for young children). The bathroom includes a shower, the toilet is separate. The kitchenette is equipped with everything necessary, including an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and electric hobs.
The apartment also has a television, a ski locker, as well as individual electric heating and hot water.
Additional services are offered to make your stay more enjoyable, such as the possibility to reserve a end-of-stay cleaning (from €55 to €200), the rental of towels, bed linen (linen included for long stays from December to April), as well as the rental of baby equipment. Finally, discounts of up to 35% are available on ski passes and equipment rental.
