The living space extends with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, ceramic hobs, refrigerator) and a lounge area with a flat screen. In terms of sanitation, a bathroom with bath and WC completes the main floor, while independent WCs are located upstairs.

The apartment benefits from electric individual heating, collective hot water, a cellar for your equipment, as well as outdoor parking reserved for residents.
