Beautifully situated apartment for 6 people in Orcières with an area of 36m2 featuring:

• Private parking space (n°A103)
• Living room with television and double sofa bed
• Equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and kettle).
• One bedroom with double bed
• Cabin area with bunk bed
• Bathroom with bathtub

The residence Les Terrasses de la Bergerie is located at the foot of the ski slopes. The rental is 100 m from the restaurants, 200 m from the centre of Orcières and is ideally situated for families.

Bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are available at an extra charge:
- Bed linen kit: €16 / bed
- Towel kit: €12 / person
- End-of-stay cleaning: €90

A security deposit of €500 is required upon arrival.
Note: Maestro cards, American Express, cheques, and cash are not accepted.
