Beautiful view apartment for 6 people in Orcières with an area of 36m2 comprising:

• Private parking space (n°A203)
• Living room with television and double sofa bed
• Equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, dishes/cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and kettle).
• One bedroom with a double bed
• Cabin area with bunk beds
• Bathroom with bathtub
• Balcony

The residence Les Terrasses de la Bergerie is situated at the foot of the ski slopes. The rental is 100 m from the restaurants, 200 m from the town centre of Orcières and is ideally located for families. The residence features a lift, internet access (wifi), electric heating, a heated communal swimming pool, and you will have a private parking space (space n° A203).

Bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are at an additional cost:
- Bed linen kit: 16€ / bed
- Towel kit: 12€ / person
- End-of-stay cleaning: 90€

A security deposit of 500€ is required upon your arrival.
Nb: Maestro cards, American Express, cheques, and cash are not accepted.
