• Private parking space n°B203 (underground parking of the residence);
• Living room with television and double convertible sofa bed;
• Equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, Air Fryer, tableware/cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, citrus juicer and kettle);
• One bedroom with double bed;
• Cabin area with bunk bed;
• Bathroom with bath and hairdryer;

The residence Les Terrasses de la Bergerie is located at the foot of the ski slopes. The rental is 100 m from restaurants, 200 m from the town centre of Orcières and is ideally located for families. It has a lift, internet access (wifi), electric heating, heated communal swimming pool, and you will have a private parking space (space n°B203).

Bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are at an additional cost:

A security deposit of 500€ is required upon your arrival.
