Apartment at the foot of the slopes for 4 people in Orcières with an area of 28m2 comprising:

• Private parking space (No. B304)
• Living room with television and double sofa bed
• Equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, tableware/cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker and kettle).
• One bedroom with double bed
• Bathroom with bathtub
• Balcony

The residence Les Terrasses de la Bergerie is located at the foot of the ski slopes. The rental is 100 m from restaurants, 200 m from Orcières town centre and is ideally situated for families.

Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are extra:
- Bed linen kit: 16€ / bed
- Towel kit: 12€ / person
- End-of-stay cleaning: 70€

A security deposit of 500€ is required upon your arrival.
