This year it’s decided, your holiday will take place in the Hautes-Alpes at the family resort of Orcières Merlette! Welcome to the holiday residence Les Terrasses de la Bergerie, a wooden clad building dating from 2009.

Spacious apartment for 8 people in Orcières, covering an area of 55m2 and featuring:

• Private parking space (no. B602)
• Living room with television and a pull-out sofa bed (2x1 person)
• Equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishware/cutlery, and kitchen utensils).
• Bedroom 1: one double bed (1x2 persons)
• Bedroom 2: two single beds (2x1 person)
• Cabin area with bunk bed (2x1 person)
• Bathroom with bathtub
• Balcony
• Station labelled “Famille PLUS”
• Heated indoor pool within the residence
• Lift, WiFi.

The residence Les Terrasses de la Bergerie is situated at the foot of the ski slopes. The rental is located 100 m from restaurants, 200 m from the town centre of Orcières and is ideally located for families.

Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are extra:
- Linen kit: €16 / bed
- Towel kit: €12 / person
- End-of-stay cleaning: €130

A security deposit of €500 is required upon arrival.
Nb: Maestro cards, American Express, cheques and cash are not accepted.

Note: Please be aware that the key handover will take place at a different address from the accommodation. The keys can be collected at the reception of our concierge service: Residence "Les Étoiles d'Orion" - Rue Bellevue – 05170 Orcières Merlette.
