Your travel documents containing all the necessary practical information for your stay (arrival time, late arrival conditions, key collection address...) will be sent to you by email before your departure.
THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED UPON ARRIVAL ON SITE.
Arrival time: between 4 PM and 7 PM.
In case of arrival outside these hours, please inform the key holder.
Office closed on Sundays. For arrivals on Sundays, contact the office a few days before arrival to arrange arrival procedures.
The keys will be available in the designated safe outside the key holder's office.
The code will be specified in the travel document sent one month before your arrival date by email.
Departure time: before 10 AM.
