The new Etania residence, featuring only 10 apartments, is located in the Altitude 1600 area.
Close to the slopes and equipped with numerous shopping facilities — including a convenience store, restaurants, and three sports shops — this area is just a 10-minute walk from the centre of Méribel. You can also take the free bus shuttle from the resort, with the stop located at the foot of the building.
To access the slopes, simply walk 200 metres to the Morel chairlift or 300 metres to reach the Doron slope, which descends directly to La Chaudanne. Ski lessons are offered at La Chaudanne or the Rond-Point.
MOREL ALTITUDE 1600
Situated high above Méribel Centre, the Morel area benefits from direct access to the slopes thanks to the chairlift of the same name. The return to the area is via the Hulotte slope. The chairlift can also be accessed on foot to reach the cross-country skiing slopes or the pedestrian paths of the Altiport.
In the immediate vicinity, you will find two ski rental shops, a convenience store (with bread deposit) as well as several restaurants. This area has all the assets to offer you an unforgettable stay in the heart of the mountains.
To reach the centre of the resort, the free shuttle bus (line C) takes you there in just 3 minutes, or you can expect around a 10-minute walk.
The area is ideally located halfway between the meeting points for ski schools and the Piou-Piou club, whether at La Chaudanne or the Rond-Point. A nursery is also available at La Chaudanne for the youngest children.
Finally, if you are comfortable on a green slope, you can access the lessons directly via the Morel chairlift. Otherwise, you can simply take the free bus shuttle from the resort to reach your chosen meeting point.
