THE DISTRICT:

Situated on the heights of Arc 1800, at Chantel just a few minutes' walk from Edenarc and its services: Spa Nama Springs, gourmet grocery store, ski rental shop, restaurant Le Voga Goga and the departure point for the Dahu chairlift which connects Edenarc to the snow front and Arc 1800 resort centre in less than 3 minutes.
There is a free inter-resort bus shuttle stop 150m away, in front of the Iseran residence, to reach the resort centre and its shopping facilities.

Very nice 4-room apartment, new, 73 m², for 6 people, with high ceiling.
On level 6 (residence entrance), 3rd floor at the front, with elevator.

- Living room: sofa and armchair.
- Open kitchen to the living room: dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso, kettle, toaster.
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed + en-suite bathroom/WC.
- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed.
- Shower room/WC.
- Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds.

The rental rate includes: beds made, 1 kitchen towel, 1 cleaning kit (sponge, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, rubbish bags, cloth), welcome products, charges (water, electricity, heating), end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen and dishes), and 1 PARKING SPACE. TV. WIFI.
Please note that towels are not included but can be rented (please check with the agency).
