THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:

Located on the heights of Arc 1800, at Chantel just a few minutes' walk from Edenarc and its services: Spa Nama Springs, gourmet grocery, ski rental shop, restaurant Le Voga Goga, and departure point for the Dahu chairlift which connects Edenarc to the snow front and centre of Arc 1800 in less than 3 minutes.
There is a free inter-resort bus shuttle stop just 150m away, in front of the Iseran residence, to get to the resort centre and its shopping facilities.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:

Area: 85 m², accommodates 6 people, ground floor on the front, level 5 by lift.

- Living room: sofa, 1 sofa bed and 2 armchairs.
- Bedroom 1: double bed with TV + storage + en-suite bathroom/WC.
- Bedroom 2: two single beds.
- Shower room/WC in the corridor facing bedroom 2.
- Bedroom 3: 1 double bed + storage.
- 1 shower room/WC + laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
- Kitchen: dishwasher, refrigerator, oven & microwave, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, toaster.

The rental price includes: beds made, 1 kitchen towel, 1 cleaning kit (sponge, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, bin bags, cloth), welcome products, utilities (water, electricity, heating), end-of-stay cleaning (except for the kitchen and dishes) and 1 parking space. TV. WIFI.
Please note that towels are not included, but available for rent (see with the agency).
