General description of the residence
APARTMENT FOR SALE: POSSIBILITY OF VISITS FROM POTENTIAL BUYERS, ALWAYS WITH YOUR CONSENT
Tourist residence offering hammam, swimming pool and sauna; It is located below the slopes 5 minutes (access via stairs) from the ESF meeting point, the Vanoise Express and the chairlift and close to the nursery.
This residence includes around forty apartments, and is equipped with lifts.
Apartment classified ** of 70m2: with 3 bedrooms including 1 with 2 single beds and 2 with double bed, 1 shower room + 1 bathroom, separate WC, living room with fitted kitchen leading onto a large balcony with table and chairs, offering a beautiful valley view. The residence is close to the slopes.
Amenities: Dishwasher, family refrigerator, microwave, ceramic hob, television. Rented with a ski locker. Paid WIFI available at the agency on reservation.
Sleeping arrangements: 2 double beds, 2 single beds.
Sanitary: One bathroom and one shower room and separate WC.
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservation possible.
Amenities accessible in the residence: hammam, sauna, indoor swimming pool, laundry.
Your welcome is not at the residence, but at our agency located in Plan Peisey.
Bonus: Sheets and towels provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays).
Practical: You have the option to book your ski pass, ski equipment and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You collect the services ordered upon your arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.
INFORMATION: the furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. The fabric mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and should be left clean. The beds must be properly stripped with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing protector, €300 for the repositioning of furniture.
NON-SMOKING Apartment: charge of €300 for odour removal from all fabrics.
