General description of the residence
APPARTMENT FOR SALE: VIEWINGS BY POTENTIAL BUYERS POSSIBLE, ALWAYS WITH YOUR AGREEMENT
Tourist Residence offering hammam, swimming pool and sauna; it is ideally located below the slopes, just 5 minutes (access via stairs) from the ESF gathering point, the Vanoise Express and the chairlift, and close to the nursery.
This residence comprises around forty apartments and is equipped with lifts.
Apartment of 70m2: 3 bedrooms including 1 with 2 single beds and 2 with double beds, 1 shower room + 1 bathroom, separate WC, living room with equipped kitchen opening onto a large balcony with table and chairs, offering a beautiful valley view. The residence is close to the slopes.
Facilities: Dishwasher, family refrigerator, microwave, ceramic hobs, television. Rented with a ski locker. Paid WIFI available at the agency upon reservation.
Sleeping arrangements: 2 double beds, 2 single beds.
Sanitary facilities: One bathroom and one shower room plus separate WC.
Public outdoor parking available nearby. No reservation possible.
Facilities accessible within the residence: hammam, sauna, indoor swimming pool, laundry.
Your welcome is not at the residence, but at our agency located in Plan Peisey.
The little extra: Bed linen and towels provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (Excluding summer and short stays).
Practical: You have the option to book your ski lift passes, ski equipment and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the services ordered upon your arrival at the agency.
A security deposit will need to be paid upon arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without the deposit.
INFORMATION: the furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. The fabric protectors must not be removed from the beds and should be left clean. Beds must be properly stripped with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge debited from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing fabric protector, €300 for reassembling the furniture.
NON-SMOKING Apartment: €300 charge for cleaning of all fabrics due to odour.
