General description of the residence
Departure and return with skis on: this residence, located less than 5 minutes on foot from shopping facilities and on the edge of slopes offers quality apartments with very beautiful views. Access is by car to unload luggage and there is free covered communal parking less than 100 metres away. The entrance at level 0 is accessible for persons with reduced mobility as it leads directly to the lifts.
Attention, the lifts do not serve certain floors and it is necessary to take the stairs for some apartments (please contact us).
Located in a residence with a lift offering direct access to the slopes, this renovated apartment of approximately 25m² is at LEVEL 0.
It consists of a living room with kitchenette opening onto a balcony offering a nice north/east view, a bathroom with bath and separate WC, a small bedroom with bunk beds and a sleeping area in the entrance with bunk beds.
A ski locker is provided.
Facilities: Dishwasher, refrigerator, mini oven, electric hobs. Television
Rented with a ski locker.
Beds: 1 sofa bed, 2x 2 bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old) (70cm)
Sanitary: a bathroom with bath and separate WC
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservations possible.
Practical: Bed linen is provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered for an additional fee. You have the option to book your ski lift passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the ordered services upon your arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid upon your arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.
Final cleaning not included.
INFORMATION: furniture must under no circumstances be moved. The fabric mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and must be left clean. Beds must be properly unmade with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to follow these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, €300 for the restoration of furniture.
NON-SMOKING apartment: €300 charge for odour for cleaning of all fabrics.
