Duplex approximately 42m2 is located on the 3rd floor in a residence with lift in the heart of Vallandry, close to the slopes and shops. It offers you a very nice unobstructed view of the valley.
It consists of an entrance with storage, a bathroom with bathtub and separate wc, a bright living room (without sleeping and TV), a kitchenette, 1 cabin with a double bed.
Upstairs, there is an open mezzanine overlooking the living room with 2 single beds and TV.

Facilities: Dishwasher, fridge, microwave, electric plates. Television. Rented with a ski locker.
Bed arrangements: 2 double beds, 2 single beds.

Sanitary facilities: a bathroom with bathtub, separate wc.
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservations possible.

Practical: Sheets are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (Excluding summer and short stays). Bath towels can be ordered for an extra charge. You have the option to book your ski lift passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at preferential rates.
You collect the ordered services upon your arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.

INFORMATION: furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and left clean. Beds must be properly unmade with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing protector, €300 for relocating the furniture.

NON-SMOKING apartment: charge for odour of €300 for cleaning all fabrics.
