General description of the residence
Residence both close to the slopes (30 metres) and the centre of Vallandy, consisting of 56 apartments and 4 floors. The apartments on the upper floors and facing west enjoy a very nice unobstructed view of the valley.
The residence is equipped with a lift and there is a communal parking area in the immediate vicinity.
Small standard studio of 18.50m2, close to the slopes and shopping facilities. STANDARD.
Available for 4 people the apartment is equipped with an entrance with two bunk beds, a kitchenette opening onto a living room with bench + pull-out bed and a shower room with separate toilet.
Equipment: Refrigerator, microwave, ceramic hob. Television.
Available with a ski locker.
Sleeping arrangements: 1 set of pull-out beds, 1 set of bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old)
Sanitary facilities: a shower room with separate toilet.
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservation possible.
Practical: Please note that sheets and towels are not included but you can order them at an additional cost.
You have the option to book your ski lift passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the services ordered upon your arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid on arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.
End of stay cleaning not included.
INFORMATION: furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. The mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and left clean, the beds must be properly made with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, €300 for the repositioning of furniture.
NON-SMOKING apartment: charge for odour of €300 for cleaning of all fabrics.
