General description of the residence
1970s residence, quiet and sunny, offering very beautiful views. Free uncovered public parking below the residence. Access is via stairs. The slopes are located about 300 metres away via two possible access points
and shops are nearby (sports shops and convenience store).
Very well-equipped apartment of approximately 40m², located on the 2nd floor without a lift (entrance at level 1) in a quiet residence at Plan Peisey, close to shops and near the Parchey chairlift.
Rented for a maximum of 6 people, it consists of an entrance, a bedroom with 2 sets of 2 bunk beds, a bathroom with washer-dryer and separate WC, and a separate kitchen opening onto a dining area that can comfortably seat 6 people. The living room is equipped with a set of pull-out beds and is separated from the rest of the apartment by a curtain allowing it to serve as a separate sleeping area.
The apartment is south-west facing and the balcony offers a beautiful unobstructed view of the mountains and the valley.
Facilities: Dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, ceramic hobs, Nespresso coffee machines + filters. Washer-dryer. Television. Rented with a ski locker.
Sleeping arrangements: 2x2 bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old), 1 set of pull-out beds.
Sanitary facilities: one bathroom and separate WC
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservation possible.
Practical: Bed linen is provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Bath towels can be ordered for an additional fee. You have the option to book your lift passes, ski equipment, and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You collect the ordered services upon your arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning is not included.
INFORMATION: furniture must under no circumstances be moved. Mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and must be left clean. Beds must be properly stripped with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing protector, €300 for repositioning the furniture.
NON-SMOKING apartment: charge for odour of €300 for cleaning all fabrics.
