and the shopping facilities are nearby (sports shops and convenience store).

Well-equipped apartment of about 40m², classified 1*, located on the 2nd floor without a lift (entrance at level 1) in a quiet residence at Plan Peisey, close to shopping facilities and near the Parchey chairlift.
Rented for a maximum of 6 people, it consists of an entrance, a bedroom with 2 sets of 2 bunk beds, a bathroom with a washer-dryer and separate WC, a separate kitchen leading to a dining area seating 6 comfortably. The living room is equipped with a set of pull-out beds and is separated from the rest of the apartment by a curtain, allowing for a separate sleeping area.
The apartment is South-West facing and the balcony offers a beautiful unobstructed view of the mountains and the valley.

Facilities: Dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, ceramic hobs, Nespresso coffee maker + filters. Washer-dryer. Television. Rented with a ski locker. Paid WIFI available at the agency upon reservation.

Sleeping arrangements: 2x2 bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old), 1 set of pull-out beds.

Sanitary: one bathroom and separate WC
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservation possible.

Practical: Bed linen is provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Bath towels can be ordered for an additional fee. You have the option to pre-book your ski passes, ski equipment, and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You collect the ordered services upon your arrival at the agency.

INFORMATION: furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. The fabric mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and should be left clean. Beds must be correctly stripped with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to adhere to these instructions will incur a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing protector, €300 for reassembling the furniture.

NON-SMOKING apartment: a charge of €300 for odour removal for cleaning all fabrics.
