On the 3rd floor of a small, quiet condominium, the apartment consists of a lovely living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a lounge with a TV, a separate WC, all opening onto a beautiful south-facing balcony of approximately 10m².

The sleeping area comprises 3 bedrooms: a master bedroom with its own shower room, a second bedroom with a double bed, and a third bedroom equipped with a bunk bed, allowing for accommodation of up to 6 people. For your comfort, this property also has a second shower room with a WC.

The kitchen is modern and equipped with a dishwasher, a large fridge, an oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and all the crockery for 6 people!
