Welcome to this prestigious accommodation nestled in a newly decorated chalet, complete with private sauna access (3 hours/day), set in a privileged location with breathtaking views of the resort and the Aiguilles d'Arves.

Our Duplex sauna is located at the entrance of the village, right next to the cheese shop.
During tourist periods (summer and winter), you will enjoy a free bus shuttle to reach the village and slopes in just 5 minutes!
The nearest shopping facilities (bakery, restaurant, sports store) are about 600m away.

On the first level, you will find a spacious and bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining corner, and lounge with TV, as well as a WC.
The upper floor consists of a shower room with WC, a bedroom with a double bed measuring 140*190cm, a mezzanine with two single beds of 80*190cm (or double bed), another mezzanine with a single sofa bed of 120*190cm, a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds of 90*190cm, and finally a parental bedroom with a double bed of 140*190cm, balcony and shower room.

The kitchen is modern and equipped with a dishwasher, a large fridge, an oven, a filter coffee maker and a pod coffee maker (DOLCE GUSTO), a kettle, a raclette and fondue machine, a toaster, and all the crockery for 11 people!

Outside, you will have two reserved parking spaces, as well as a private ski locker, a petanque court, and a lovely terrace with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and a gas barbecue.

Mezzanines are not advised for children under 8 years old and adults over 60 years old.

Please note that bed linens and towels are optional and charged extra.
You may order them up to 3 days before your arrival.

Your booking includes free cleaning at the end of your stay.

PETS: The owner accepts your pet! Please note that only small pets are allowed, kept on a leash, and must not be left alone in the accommodation. However, they are not allowed on the sofa or beds. The additional charge for having a pet is €5 per day or €30 per week. Please inform the agency.
