The silence of the mountain, the warmth of the wood, the golden light that filters through the living room... Welcome to your high-end alpine retreat, a charming duplex for 11 people, combining authenticity and contemporary elegance.
Located at the entrance of the village, next to the cheese factory, you enjoy a privileged location.
In winter, enjoy a free shuttle that reaches the slopes and the village centre in 5 minutes. In summer, a free little train will allow you to explore the village and its surroundings. Two reserved parking spaces and a large parking area nearby make your stay easier, as well as a bike garage accessible during the summer season.
Inside, everything exudes well-being and friendliness:
A large bright living space, a modern fully equipped kitchen, a cosy dining area, and a snug living room for relaxing evenings after skiing.
The woodsy atmosphere and refined décor create a warm, soothing, and elegant environment.
The sleeping area is designed to accommodate families and friends in absolute comfort: • A master suite with double bed, private shower room, and balcony offering a spectacular view of the Aiguilles d’Arves, • A tastefully decorated double bedroom with a mezzanine equipped with two single beds, • A spacious mezzanine in the hallway with a bed 120 cm wide, • A children's room with two bunk beds (4 beds), • An additional shower room with WC. • Additional WC on the ground floor
And because holidays are meant for recharging... enjoy your private sauna (3h included) every day, before indulging in a friendly dinner on the panoramic terrace equipped with a plancha.

Practical information: • Bed linen and towels available as an option and at an additional cost. You can order them up to 3 days before your arrival. • Pets allowed under conditions (on a lead, not left alone, surcharge of €5/day or €30/week).

Arrival time: between 3pm and 6pm. Please contact the reception before 4pm in case of late arrival or for any questions regarding your accommodation by calling the phone number mentioned at the top of your voucher. The agency will contact you by email approximately two weeks before your arrival for the organisation of your stay. Departure time: before 10am.
To be paid on site, on the day of your arrival: Deposit (Carte Bleue, Master or Visa only): from €400 to €1200 (depending on the type of accommodation). Mandatory cleaning: from €100 to €220 (depending on the accommodation) Tourist tax. Additional services: payable, subject to order and availability.
