About Appartement Le Belluard Duplex sauna
Welcome to this Prestige accommodation nestled in the heart of a newly decorated chalet, with access to a private sauna (3 hours/day), in a privileged setting with stunning views of the resort and the Aiguilles d'Arves.
Our Duplex sauna is located at the entrance of the village, right next to the cheese shop. During tourist periods (summer and winter), you will enjoy a free shuttle to take you to the village and the slopes in just 5 minutes! The nearest shopping facilities (bakery, restaurant, sports shop) are approximately 600m away.
On the first level, you will find a spacious and bright living area with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a lounge with a TV, as well as a toilet. The upper floor consists of a shower room with a toilet, a bedroom with a double bed measuring 140*190cm, a mezzanine with two single beds of 80*190cm (or a double bed), another mezzanine with a single sofa bed of 120*190cm, a room with two sets of bunk beds of 90*190cm, and finally, a parental bedroom with a double bed of 140*190cm, a balcony, and a shower room.
The kitchen is modern and equipped with a dishwasher, a large fridge, an oven, an electric filter coffee machine, and another for pods (DOLCE GUSTO), a kettle, a raclette and fondue machine, a toaster, and all the crockery for 11 people!
Outside, you will have two reserved parking spaces as well as a separate ski locker, a petanque court, and a beautiful terrace with outdoor furniture, deck chairs, and a gas barbecue.
The mezzanines are not recommended for children under 8 years old and adults over 60 years old.
Please note that bed linen and towels are optional and subject to an additional charge. You can order them up to 3 days before your arrival. Your booking includes free end-of-stay cleaning.
ANIMALS: The owner accepts the presence of your pet! Please note that only small animals are allowed, kept on a lead and not left alone in the accommodation. However, they are not allowed on the sofa or beds. The additional charge for the presence of a pet is €5 per day or €30 per week. Please inform the agency.
Arrival time: between 15:00 and 18:00. Please contact the reception before 16:00 in case of late arrival or for any questions related to your accommodation by calling the phone number mentioned at the top of your exchange voucher. The agency will contact you by email about fifteen days before your arrival to organise your stay. Departure time: before 10:00.
To be paid on site, on the day of your arrival: Deposit (Carte Bleue, Master or Visa only): from 400€ to 1200€ (depending on the type of accommodation). Mandatory cleaning: from 100€ to 220€ (depending on the accommodation) Tourist tax. Additional paid services, subject to order and availability.
