Welcome to your alpine retreat, a charming duplex for 11 people with a privileged location on the road to the Croix de Fer pass, at the entrance of the village, next to the cheese dairy.
Imagine yourself, wrapped in a blanket, a steaming mug in your hands, gazing at the Aiguilles d'Arves softly illuminated by the dawn sun. The silence of the mountains, the warmth of wood, the golden light streaming through the living room...
Inside, everything breathes well-being and friendliness:
A spacious, bright living area, a modern fully equipped kitchen, a warm dining area and a cosy lounge for relaxing evenings after skiing.
The wooden ambiance and refined decor create an atmosphere that is both warm, calming, and elegant.
The sleeping area is designed to accommodate families and friends in absolute comfort: • A master suite with a double bed, private shower room and balcony offering a spectacular view of the Aiguilles d'Arves, • A tastefully decorated double bedroom with a mezzanine equipped with two single beds, • A spacious mezzanine in the hallway, with a 120 cm wide bed, • A children's room with two bunk beds (4 beds), • An additional shower room with WC. • Additional WC on the ground floor
In winter, enjoy a free shuttle that connects to the slopes and the village centre in 5 minutes. In summer, a free little train will allow you to explore the village and its surroundings.
Two reserved parking spaces and a large car park nearby make your stay easier, as well as a bicycle garage accessible during the summer season.
And because holidays are made to recharge... enjoy your private sauna (3 hours included) every day, before savouring a friendly dinner on the panoramic terrace equipped with a plancha.
Here, the sunrise over the mountains is a spectacle that never gets old.
Outside, a petanque court awaits the end of the day with friends, while the children play in the fresh mountain air.

Practical information: • Sheets and towels are optional and at an extra cost. You can order them up to 3 days before your arrival. • Pets allowed under conditions (on a lead, not left alone, extra charge of €5/day or €30/week).

Arrival time: between 3pm and 6pm. Please contact the reception before 4pm in case of late arrival or for any questions regarding your accommodation by calling the phone number mentioned at the top of your voucher. The agency will contact you by email approximately two weeks before your arrival for the organisation of your stay. Departure time: before 10am.
To be paid on site, on the day of your arrival: Deposit (Carte Bleue, Master or Visa only): from €400 to €1200 (depending on the type of accommodation). Mandatory cleaning: from €100 to €220 (depending on the accommodation) Tourist tax. Additional services: payable, subject to order and availability.
