General description of the residence
Welcome to Apartment AR 205 – Les Aiguilles, a charming prestige duplex nestled in the heart of Saint-Sorlin-d'Arves, in a quiet and very recent residence. From your arrival, you will be seduced by the warm wood, the carefully crafted decor, and the comfort designed for an ideal alpine holiday.
Imagine yourself in the bright living room, bathed in light thanks to the large bay windows, with a magnificent view of the mountains. Make yourself comfortable, savour a moment of relaxation after a day on the slopes of the Sybelles, or let your children play while you enjoy a moment of calm on the sofa.
The open and modern kitchen, fully equipped for 6 people, invites you to share convivial meals: dishwasher, large fridge, oven, filter coffee maker, toaster and all necessary crockery. Preparing dinner or a raclette becomes a real pleasure, at the heart of your friendly and warm space.
The sleeping area is warm and functional:
*One bedroom with double bed (140x190 cm) and private shower room
*One bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed (4 sleeping places)
*A second shower room with separate toilet
The panoramic balcony offers you an ideal space to admire the alpine sky, breathe the fresh air, and contemplate the mountains, in winter as in summer.
The apartment is located in the residence LES AIGUILLES, situated between the town hall and the church of St Sorlin d'Arves.
The location is perfect: in the heart of the village, in immediate proximity to a restaurant and a ski shop (100 m), with access to the slopes, the ski school, the nursery and the tourist office approximately 600 m away. The free shuttle in winter and the little train in summer make it easy for you to move around the village and its surroundings.
Enjoy a shuttle/little train stop at the foot of the residence for your travels.
