You Ski Immobilier invites you to discover the duplex CDA 54, a warm and comfortable cocoon for 8 people, ideally located at the entrance of the village of Saint-Sorlin-d'Arves, near the church, in the heart of the Sybelles ski area.
On the ground floor, a functional space welcomes your ski equipment and shoes. A cozy bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) awaits you for a well-deserved rest, while a shower room and a separate toilet ensure all the necessary comfort after your first runs.
The living area is the true heart of the duplex: the lounge, cozy and bright, invites relaxation. You can settle on the sofa after a day on the slopes, a book in hand or with family, and let your gaze wander into the surrounding mountains. The open kitchen, equipped – dishwasher, fridge, small oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and raclette machine – allows you to easily prepare your meals. Imagine a friendly dinner around the table, laughter, conversations, shared dishes… all in a warm and cozy atmosphere.
Upstairs, the mezzanine offers a double bed (140x190 cm) and a single bed (80x190 cm), perfect for children or friends. A second bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed (80x190 cm) accommodates up to 3 additional people. A bathroom with toilet completes the floor, ensuring privacy and comfort for all. The washing machine included in the accommodation also allows you to fully enjoy your stay without constraints.
For your leisure moments, the residence offers free access to the heated indoor pool during opening periods, from July 10 to August 31 and from December 20 to April 10. The slopes are accessible on foot in 5 to 10 minutes, and the shops in the village centre are also nearby. The free shuttle bus from the resort, available in winter, or the small train in summer, allows easy movement within the resort if needed.
Throughout the day, let yourself be rocked by the rhythm of the mountains: a morning on the slopes, a shared lunch in the bright lounge, an afternoon of relaxation on the sofa, a board game with family or friends, then the evening around a raclette or fondue prepared in the open kitchen.
