General description of the residence
Come and discover this mountain house located in Saint Sorlin d'Arves, benefiting from a beautiful sunny balcony with a view of the Aiguilles d'Arves in the heart of the "Les Sybelles" area, 310kms of slopes, the largest ski area in the Maurienne and the 4th in France.
Very easy access to the slopes via the free bus shuttle every 15 minutes from the cheese factory (approximately 100 metres).
This mountain house is ideal for accommodating 14 people very comfortably with over 150 m² and 4 bedrooms.
The house comprises an entrance on the ground floor with an area to store skis, a hallway with access to the living room.
On the 1st floor, there is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, access to the balcony with a magnificent view, a bedroom with a double bed of 140*190cm and a single bed of 80*190cm, a shower room with washing machine, a WC.
On the 2nd level: an entrance with a reading area, a bedroom with a double bed of 140*190cm, another bedroom with a double bed of 140*190cm and a bunk bed of 90*190cm, a shower room with WC, a bedroom with a double bed of 140*190cm, a sofa bed and a single bed of 90*190cm.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, fondue pot, and crepe maker, and all the crockery for 14 people!
Please note that bed linen, towels, and WiFi connection are optional and at an additional cost. You can order them up to 3 days before your arrival.
The fireplace is not usable.
ANIMALS: The owner accepts the presence of your pet! Please note that only small animals are accepted, kept on a leash and must not be left alone in the accommodation. However, they are not allowed on the sofa or the beds. The supplement to be paid for the presence of a pet is 5€ per day or 30€ per week. Thank you for informing the agency.
