General description of the residence
In the Residence Lac du Lou/Chavière (No. 26), large studio cabin for 4 people 29m² with lift giving directly into the shopping gallery and at the foot of the slopes.
The apartment has just been completely renovated.
Fully equipped kitchen.
All furniture is brand new.
Living room: 1 convertible Rapido sofa bed 140cm.
Cabin: 2 bunk beds (2x80cm), trundle bed (2x80cm, convertible to double bed 160cm).
Triple-glazed window with acoustic insulation (new August 2022).
A storage space for ski boots and skis is planned in the entrance of the studio.
Shower room: sink, shower, toilet.
Kitchen/living equipment: TV (55 inches), electric kettle, oven, microwave, induction hob (4 burners), toaster, coffee percolator, Nespresso machine, fridge, freezer, blender and electric juicer.
