Your travel documents containing all the necessary practical information for your stay (arrival time, late arrival conditions, key collection address...) will be sent to you by email before your departure.
THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED UPON YOUR ARRIVAL ON SITE.
Arrival time and key collection:
- Short stay: 4 PM - 7 PM
- Weekly stay (more than 7 nights): 5 PM - 7 PM
In case of arrival outside these hours, please indicate accordingly.

Office closed on Sundays. For arrivals on Sunday, please contact the office a few days before arrival to define the arrival procedures.
The keys will be available for you in the secure box outside the office.
The code will be stated in the travel document sent to you one month before your arrival date by email.
Departure time: before 10 AM. To be paid on-site, on the day of your arrival:
Mandatory services (to be paid to the local agency):
Security deposit.
Tourist tax: to be paid according to current rates.

Optional services (to be paid on-site), to be booked with the agency subject to availability:

- End-of-stay cleaning package according to the type of accommodation

- In winter: Bedding (flat sheets) is included in our rates except for short stays.
- In summer: sheets and towels are at an additional cost.

- Pets: if allowed in the accommodation (see description), no additional charge will apply.

For reservations at the Terrasses de la Bergerie and Cristallines residences: arrivals are made at the residence.

Late arrivals and arrivals on Sunday are possible: contact the agency in advance to organise the key collection and the payment of the security deposit.
