We provide you with a team of professionals in charge of the key handover procedures during your stay. It is imperative to contact them using the details on your voucher to arrange these procedures before your arrival and departure.
Your travel documents containing all the practical information necessary for your stay (arrival time, conditions for late arrivals, key handover address...) will be sent to you before your departure by email.
THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED ON YOUR ARRIVAL ON SITE.
Arrival time: between 4 PM and 7 PM.
In case of arrival outside these hours, please inform the key holder.
Office closed on Sunday. For arrivals on Sunday, contact the office a few days before your arrival to define the arrival arrangements.
The keys will be available in the designated box outside the key holder's office.
The code will be indicated on the travel document sent one month before your arrival date by email.
Departure time: before 10 AM.
To be paid on site, on the day of your arrival:
