We provide you with a team of professionals responsible for the key handover procedures during your stay. It is imperative to contact them using the details on your voucher to arrange these procedures prior to your arrival and departure.

Your travel documents containing all the essential practical information for your stay (arrival time, conditions for late arrivals, key collection address...) will be sent to you by email before your departure.
THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED UPON YOUR ARRIVAL ON SITE.
Arrival time: between 16:00 and 19:00.
In the case of arrivals outside of these times, please inform the key holder.
Office closed on Sundays. For arrivals on Sundays, please contact the office a few days before arrival to define the arrival procedures.
The keys will be available in the safe designated for this purpose, outside the key holder’s office.
The code will be stated on the travel document sent one month before your arrival date by email.
Departure time: before 10:00.

To be settled on-site, on the day of your arrival:
Mandatory charges to be paid to the agency:

- Tourist tax

- Security deposit

- Pet fee, if a pet is accepted as mentioned in the announcement

If arriving outside of office hours, please contact the agency in advance for the payment of the security deposit and to arrange the key handover:

- End of stay cleaning (if not included)

- Rental of bed linen, household linen, towels (if not included)

- Rental of baby equipment depending on availability
