General description of the residence
Accommodation reference: 427796
Welcome to the residence "Lauvitel".
This studio with an area of 30m² for 4 people, located on the 4th floor, comprises:
- Equipped kitchenette: fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, ceramic hobs
- Living room with a sofa bed and a television
- Mountain corner with a sofa bed
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC
- South-facing balcony
- The accommodation is equipped with duvets, pillows.
- Outdoor parking adjacent to the residence private and free subject to availability and not guaranteed
- The accommodation has collective heating, operational only during the winter period, usually from November to April
The residence "Lauvitel" is located at the foot of the ski slopes and the chairlift "Le Diable", ski rental and all amenities. It is also equipped with ski lockers and a lift.
Towels, sheets and end-of-stay cleaning are extra:
End-of-stay cleaning: 70€
Sheet pack: 16€ per bed
Towel pack: 12 € per person
A security deposit of 500€ is requested upon arrival.
Nb: Maestro cards, American express, cheques and cash not accepted.
Attention: please note that the key handover does not take place at the accommodation address, but at our agency located at "9 Rue des Sagnes - 38860 Les Deux Alpes".
