Beautiful apartment renovated in summer 2022, located on the 12th and top floor of the Malinka residence. South-East facing balcony with stunning views of the valley and mountains.
Ideal for 6 people but can accommodate up to 8 people.
Entrance with storage.
The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room. It includes an induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, traditional oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc. It also has a washer-dryer.
Smart TV in the living room.
On the same level, there is a shower room with WC.
On the lower level, there are the bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 separate WC and several storage cupboards.
Sleeping arrangements (lower level):
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200) - Smart TV
- 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds and 1 alcove separated by curtains with 1 double bed (140x190)
- The living room with 2 single sofa beds
Internet access via fibre. (The Selectis agency disclaims any responsibility in the event of failure, interruption or breakdown of the television and internet network independent of the agency)
Ski locker in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment.
Small pets are welcome.
WINTER: Bed linen and towels provided in your apartment and end-of-stay cleaning included.
