This typical chalet of 160 m² over three levels can accommodate up to 10 people. It is located 1,100 metres from the village centre and 1,900 metres from the ski lifts. South-facing, it features balconies, a South-West facing terrace, and an outdoor space with a small lawn.

The sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms with double beds and three bedrooms with two single beds. The facilities are distributed as follows: one WC in the basement, one bathroom with bath and shower on the ground floor, with separate WCs, and a second bathroom on the first floor, also equipped with a bath and shower, with separate WCs.

The kitchen is equipped with five gas hobs, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a small freezer. The accommodation also includes a washing machine, a television, a ski storage room, a laundry room, and operates with a gas heating and hot water system. The chalet is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
