About CHALET GYPAETE
The CHALET GYPAETE is a beautiful and spacious family home, built in the early 2000s, adorned with local stone and topped with an elegant slate roof. It exudes a mountain charm that feels like a refuge in the heart of the Alps. GYPAETE is an ideal building for gatherings with family, friends, and colleagues.
Located in the Almes area (south-facing), 80 metres from the ski return point, 100 metres from the Chaudannes and Pâquis chairlifts, and 300 metres from the centre of TIGNES LE LAC (ESF Ski School, TIGNES House, ski lifts, shopping facilities, and public parking).
The GYPAETE chalet includes 2 apartments, a ski storage room equipped with a boot warmer, and 1 shared staircase serving the 3 levels of accommodation.
- GYPAETE 1 (14 people) is a DUPLEX apartment on the ground floor and first floor
- GYPAETE 2 (10 people) occupies the second and top floor.

Très beau chalet, mais quelques points à améliorer par rapport au prix : Seulement 2 sortes de verres en quantité insuffisante Canapé inconfortable Notice manquante pour lave vaisselle professionnel Pas d appareils raclette/ fondue Insonorisation dans les 2 chambres du bas : on vit avec les voisins. Points positifS : bonne situation , navette en bas du chalet Bonne literie Local à skis Chalet agréable

Ménage pas fait en intégralité à notre arrivée. Jacuzzi sale et vert. Absence d’équipements basiques tels que des casseroles ou un tire-bouchon. Réactivité très relative de l’agence en charge de l’appartement
